Executive Chef Craig Deihl, of Cypress Lowcountry Grille, 167 E. Bay Street, Charleston, SC 29401 was the first chef to feature MiBek Farms "on the local menu."
In early 2010, Deihl was a semi-finalist for the prestigious James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef Southeast.
He was also named 2010 Chef of the Year by the Charleston chapter of the American Culinary Foundation.
