Dear Becky & Michael,
We met at the Ffarmers Market last Thursday. My family and I are from Ling Island. We purchased some of your wonderful meats, and the following day we put that piece of London Broil on the BBQ. It was the most delicouse London Broil we ever had!I have been to all parts of Europe and have never had a cut of beef that good. Thank you so much for selling such an amazing product. Absolutely the finest.

Picked up our box of beef today. What a bargain. I am always delighted with the beef that I get from you guys and it's always great to see you and Becky. I'll be under the weather for a little bit so I'm so glad you could help me stock up! Brisket is going into brine, beef cheeks are being made into a red wine braise, and the chuck is being ground for meatballs. Can't wait to get started and love eating MiBek beef!
